Technical Specification

We have a full Gear Hobbing Setup. On receipt of drawings of Gears, we supply all Kinds of Gears i.e., Single Helical, Double Helical, Spur Gear, Hardened Ground Gears.

Hardened Ground Gears are an important component of all gearboxes and commonly known for their efficiency and high load capacities. The materials used for manufacturing Hardened Ground Gears are – case carburising steels and alloy steels.

The gears are manufactured on international quality gear grinding machines to provide noise free and long-term operation by delivering gears with correct profiles and tolerances. The gears are tested on state-of-the-art testing machines for lead and involutes profile.

We at “THE KAMAL ENGINEERING” provide Gears as per the following configuration.
1.) 30 to 1000 mm diameter.
2.) 1.25 to 16 modules.
3.) 250 mm face width.
4.) 45-degree helix angles.
